SHIPPING POLICY

We process orders *within 2-3 business daysMonday to Friday.

Orders placed over the weekend will ship within the next 2 business days. 

All orders ship from New York or New Jersey warehouse.

Delivery times are estimated AFTER shipping and based on business days (Monday-Friday) and do not include holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

  • *Standard Shipping:
    • All 50 states within the US including PO Boxes. 
    • Available to APOs/FPOs and US territories.
    • Signature required on orders $350 or more.
  • **Expedited and Overnight Shipping:
    • Orders must be placed by 1PM EST to be shipped within 2 next business days.
    • Estimated delivery times are based on business days (Monday-Friday) and do not include holidays. 
    • Signature required on orders $350 or more.
    • Available to all 50 US States.
    • Not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and US territories.

Standard Orders
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Expedited Orders
Orders MUST be placed by 1PM EST to shipped within 2 next business days. Orders placed AFTER 1PM EST will ship 2-3 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

  • If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrectly entered address or undeliverable address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • Canada, Ireland, Germany, France, New Zealand, Australia, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and do not collect any taxes or customs fees. The customer is responsible for any and all international duties, customs, and taxes or any other related charges. Please check with your local post office ahead of time regarding any fees associated with receiving your package before you place an order!
